What is a Thai Education Visa (ED visa)?

A Thai Education Visa is a special permit that allows you to remain in Thailand for educational purposes for a period of at least four to six months. Having an ED visa allows you to move to Thailand or continue living in Thailand legally without the hassle of having to exit and enter the country constantly on multiple short tourist visas or border runs. 

Who can apply for an ED visa?                                                                                                                              

All nationalities are able to apply for ED visas (with exception of some countries designated by The Ministry of Education we suggest people from those countries to contact The Thai Embassy or Consulate in their country if they require document for Education Visa approval such as India etc).

@ Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

@ Applicants must enroll in a full-time English or Thai course . 

 Note: The length of the visa granted is determined by the Ministry of Education and Thai Immigration.                  All students must come to classes 4days/week, 2hours / day. Attendance is closely monitored by                        The  Ministration of Education.

    All visas, including the visa extensions, are evaluated by the immigration office.

Education Visa หรือ ED visa คืออะไร? 

วีซ่านักเรียนหรือที่รู้จักกันในนาม Education Visa คือวีซ่าอีกประเภทหนึ่งที่สามารถอนุญาตให้ชาวต่างชาติอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยได้อย่างถูกกฎหมาย เป็นระยะเวลาขั้นต่ำสี่เดือนถึงหกเดือนเพื่อทำการศึกษา ข้อดีของการถือวีซ่าประเภทนี้ก็คือ นักเรียนต่างชาติสามารถลดปัญหาเรื่องการเดินทางเข้าและออก นอกประเทศบ่อยๆเพราะต้องไปขอวีซ่าใหม่ในการเข้ามาอยู่ประเทศไทย และยังได้เรียนภาษาไปพร้อมๆกันอีกด้วย 

ใครสามารถสมัคร ED visa ได้? 

@  บุคคลทุกสัญชาติสามารถสมัครขอรับวีซ่านักเรียนนี้ได้ (ยกเว้นบางประเทศที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (MOE) กำหนด) เราแนะนำให้บุคคลที่มาจากประเทศ เหล่านั้นติดต่อกัยสถานฑูต หรือกงศุลประเทศไทยในประเทศคุณว่าจำเป็นต้องใช้เอกสารใดบ้าง เพื่อขออนุมัติวีซ่า

@  ผู้สมัครต้องมีอายุขั้นต่ำ 16 ปีขึ้นไป

@  ผู้สมัครต้องสมัครเข้าเรียนกับทางสถาบัน ในคอร์สภาษาไทย หรือภาษาอังกฤษแบบเต็มเวลา ED visa

    หมายเหตุ : ระยะเวลาของวีซ่าที่ได้รับขึ้นอยู่กับระเบียบการขอ ED visa ของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

    ผู้สมัครจำเป็นที่จะต้องเข้าเรียนตามตารางของโรงเรียน 4 วัน ต่อ สัปดาห์ และ 2 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ซึ่งการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียนทุกคนจะมีการตรวจสอบและควบคุมจากระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ทั้งนี้ทางโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัดตามระเบียบกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และ ด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง

 หมายเหตุ: 

 @  เงื่อนไข และ รายละเอียดต่างๆ อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (MOE) ในแต่ละจังหวัด ซึ่งสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้ง ให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

    การอนุมัติการต่อวีซ่าทุกประเภท รวมถึงการต่ออายุวีซ่า จะขึ้นอยู่กับด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง

    คุณสมบัติครบตามนี้สถาบันจึงจะสามารบริการสมัครเพื่อขอวีซ่านักเรียนให้ได้

    กรณีการต่อวีซ่า หลังจากนักเรียนเรียนครบ 5 เดือน จำเป็นต้องเข้าสอบวัดระดับที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (MOE)

    การจัดเตรียม การยืนเอกสารการสมัคร วีซ่านักเรียน และ การขยายระยะเวลาวีซ่าเป็นเพียงบริการพิเศษที่สถาบันของเรา      จัดขึ้นเพื่อความสะดวกของนักเรียนเท่านั้น
